Endometriosis
Endometriosis is the growth of tissue that lines the uterus (endometrium) abnormally outside the uterus and on other organs and areas. Every menstrual cycle, this endometrial tissue in the uterus grows and if pregnancy doesn't occur, it's expelled at the end of the cycle.
